This is by far my favorite Lifescapes album and I have a lot of them. I take a hot bath every week and I will soon be attending school to become a massage therapist, so music like this really appeals to me. I love the most ambient type of music that does not distract and sounds very eastern or otherwise sci-fi / space / science museum. The latter is hard to find! I think this is the most relaxing because there must be delta waves in the background - which induce relaxation as they are present in deep sleep. I was blown away when I first listened to this album. It was far better than I had even hoped for and I am sure I will never find a better selection for my collection. Thank you Lifescapes!
